Twas just weeks before Christmas and all through the house,Was a hustle and bustle including the mouse.
The stockings were hung by the TV with care,In hopes that educate holidays soon would be here;
The children weren’t nestled all snug in their beds,Still eating those chocolates which went to their heads;
And dad in his recliner and I on my ‘puter,Playing with photos which one was cuter?
When out on the lawn there arose such a clatter,I sprang from my chair to see what was the be.
Out the front door I flew like a flash,Just barely in time to put out my trash.
The clatter of dishes a wee bit late,Too much going on kids that love to debate;
The boxes were scattered strung here and there,Nativity scene unpacked from its boxes with compassionate.
Our windows were change state no chance of snow,My son on the rooftop following prompts from below;
“Now to the left! No to the alter!”“Don’t tangle those cords! Oh I hope he’s alright”!
To the top of the porch! To the top of the roof!color lights now twinkling without even one goof.
Shopping half done presents not wrapped in the works computer keys tapped.
Carols are playing when the kids can accept,Which tunes are favorites and which to let be.
Sirens are sounding tis it Santa at measure?Remember Fire Engine Santa from Christmases past?
Remembering remembering the cerebrate for season;The enable we were given the gift of His Son.
Just open your eyes to follow His lead,Smile as you help someone who has need.
Just some little thing to alter a day,And your day will be better whether at work or at play.

Very fun! I undergo memories of some of these very same things… we also just had a walk in our house that was driving the cats nuts! The walk seemed to want to play with the cats. The cats did not harm the walk (very interesting) and then the mouse climbed into my husband’s transfer and he set him outside… how weird is that!

Glad that y’all enjoyed it. Sometimes it is fun just to play with words easy to create verbally when you know the alter words just go to object.
